1. How to start the business with DEKO Sports International Company?
Send inquire or email to us, tell us your question or what kind of product you want. Then our sales personnel will email you and let's start to discuss details like artwork, products spec, and shipping details etc.
2. About Artwork and Size pattern.
-Just send us Artwork in Vector Format, then we can produce. If you don't have, our design team make artwork on request for you for free.
-If you want to make your own size, pls offer size pattern file, or send us size chart. we will try our best to do.
3. Can you make other products which is not shown in your website?
Yes, we can. We didn't put all kinds of products in our website, even we are trying to develop new products every time. So just email us what you want and show photos to us, and you will be contacted.
4. What's your Payment term?
TT/Western Union/PayPal/LC.
5. We are new company and inexperienced at managing business of sport clothing. What your company can help?
Don't worry about this. We are specialized in sport clothing and gloves for many years. We have many customer was fresh and now they become more and more experienced and make their company bigger and bigger. We can help your company grow step by step.
6. What about delivery time? Can we receive goods on time?
Samples: 10-15 days after all details are confirmed.
Mass Production: 30-40 days after order confirmation.
We regards clients time as Gold, so we do our best to deliver the goods on time.
7. Do you inspect the finished products?
Yes, all production orders and finished goods are inspected by QC department and also third party inspection.
